Thank you for choosing Dynamic Permanent Makeup & Beauty Studio. At Dynamic Permanent Makeup & Beauty Studio, your comfort, confidence, and experience are our highest priority. Every appointment is thoughtfully curated to provide a calm, private, and refined environment, with personalized attention at every step.
The following policies are in place to ensure a seamless experience for all clients. We kindly ask that you review them prior to booking.
Complimentary Consultation
At Dynamic Permanent Makeup & Beauty Studio, your journey begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation. During this time, we will:
- Discuss your aesthetic goals and vision
- Evaluate your facial structure, symmetry, and skin characteristics
- Review pigment, shape, and technique recommendations
- Answer all questions regarding the process, healing, and aftercare
Booking & Deposit
- Deposit is applied toward your service balance
- Remaining balance due at appointment
- A card on file is required for all bookings
- A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment
Rescheduling & Cancellations
To respect the time reserved for you and ensure availability for other clients:
- Appointment changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be considered a missed appointment & may require a new deposit to rebook.
Late Arrival
- Please arrive on time
- 20+ minutes late may result in rescheduling & deposit forfeiture
Timeliness ensures quality results and respect for all clients.
Studio Etiquette
Dynamic Permanent Makeup & Beauty Studio is a private, curated space designed for focus and relaxation.
To preserve the experience:
- Please attend appointments alone unless prior arrangements have been approved.
- Children and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment area.
- Mobile devices should be silenced during services.
Medical Eligibility
You must be 18+ with valid ID and complete required medical forms.
Certain medical conditions, medications, or skin conditions may affect eligibility for permanent makeup services.
- All clients are required to complete a medical intake form prior to treatment.
- If you are unsure about eligibility, please discuss this during your consultation.
- Dynamic Permanent Makeup & Beauty Studio reserves the right to decline service if a client is not a suitable candidate.
Do not book if you:
- Are pregnant or nursing
- Take blood-thinning medications
- Have uncontrolled diabetes (doctor clearance required)
- Are currently undergoing chemotherapy (doctor clearance required)
- Have active viral infections or medical contraindications
- Use retinoids/Retin-A near the treatment area
Previous PMU Work
- Pre-approval required for all previously tattooed brows/lips/eyeliner
- Undisclosed prior work may result in service denial & $150 fee
- Corrections may require multiple sessions
Pre-Care & Post-Care
Detailed pre-care and post-care instructions will be provided prior to and following your appointment.
- Following these instructions is essential to proper healing and long-lasting results.
- Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may affect final outcomes and longevity.
- Additional touch-ups due to improper aftercare are not included.
Payments & Refunds
- All payments are final and non-refundable
- Touch-ups are not included unless stated
- Results vary based on skin, aftercare, and personal healing
Results & Expectations
- Permanent makeup is a multi-session process
- Color, shape, and retention vary by individual
- Proper aftercare is critical
- Additional sessions may be needed for best results
We are committed to excellence, but individual results cannot be guaranteed.
Touch-Up Policy
Perfecting touch-ups are an essential part of achieving optimal healed results.
- Touch-ups are recommended within the timeframe discussed during your consultation. 6–8 week touch-up available at a reduced rate
- Touch-up services are priced separately and vary based on timing and service type. Touch-ups requested outside the recommended window (beyond 12 months) will be treated as a new service and priced accordingly. To qualify for touch-up pricing, appointments must be completed within 8-10 weeks of the recommended touch-up timeframe.
- All touch-up appointments require a booking fee to reserve time and ensure dedicated service. This booking fee is applied toward the total touch-up cost on the day of your appointment.
Right to Refuse Service
Dynamic Permanent Makeup & Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, medical considerations, or non-compliance with studio policies.
